परिचय:
अटोमेकानिक्सको रुपमा कार्यरत पेशाकर्मीहरुलाइ सीप अभिबृद्धि गराई सिपयुक्त जनशक्ति बनाउनको लागि यो तालिम संचालन र तालिका निर्धारण गरिएको छ । यो तालिममा Euro-6/BS6 संग संबन्धित काम गर्न सक्ने ज्ञान र सीपले सज्जित सीपयुक्त तथा रोजगार पाउन योग्य जनशक्ति उत्पादन गर्ने उद्देश्य राखिएको छ । यस तालिमबाट प्राप्त हुने सीप र ज्ञानले उनीहरुमा रहेका सीप र ज्ञानमा सुधार ल्याई पेशाका लागि आवश्यक दक्ष कामदार बन्न मद्दत गर्नेछ । यो तालिम कार्यक्रमको मुख्य विशेषता बजारमा सम्बन्धित पेशामा कार्यरत कामदारलाइ आधुनिक तथा उपल्लो स्तरका ज्ञान, सीप दिई अझ सक्षम एव उपयोगी पेशाकर्मी बनाउन मद्दत गर्ने हो ।
लक्ष्य:
यो तालिमको मुख्य लक्ष्य देश भित्रका मोटर ग्यारेज वा वर्कसपमा कार्यरत मेकानिक्सहरुलाई आवश्यक थप ज्ञान ÷ सीप प्रदान गरी उपल्लो स्तरमा स्तरोन्नति गराउनु रहेको छ ।
तालिम अवधि
तालिमको कूल समयावधि ९६ घण्टा हुनेछ । तालीम दिने संस्था÷उद्योग व्यक्ति तथा कार्यक्रम चलाउने संस्थाका बीचमा भएका सहमति अनुसार तालीमका कुल समय ९६ घण्टा (सैद्धान्तिक-३६ घण्टा तथा प्रयोगात्मक- ६० घण्टा) सुनिश्चित गरि दैनिक घण्टा निर्धारण गरी तालीम संचालन हुने दिन कम वा बढी पनि गर्न सकिनेछ ।
प्रशिक्षार्थी संख्या
तालीम दिने संस्था÷उद्योगमा उपलब्ध सुविधाहरूको आधारमा तालीममा प्रशिक्षार्थीहरूको संख्या थपघट हुन सक्छ । तर प्रभावकारी सिकाईका लागि २० (बीस) जना भन्दा बढि संख्या राख्न पाइने छैन ।
प्रशिक्षार्थी उपस्थिति
तालीम अवधिभर प्रशिक्षार्थीका उपस्थिति कम्तिमा ९०% पुगेका हुनुपर्नेछ । अन्यथा प्रशिक्षार्थीहरुले तालिम लिएको प्रमाण–पत्र पाउन योग्य हुने छैनन ।
तालिममा प्रवेशका आधारहरु
- न्यूनतम १८ वर्ष उमेर पुरा भई अटो मेकानिक्सको रुपमा कार्यरत कामदार ।
- नेपाली नागरिक तथा शारीरिक रुपमा स्वस्थ ।
- उद्योग÷व्यवसायबाट अनुमति प्राप्त कामदार ।
प्रशिक्षकका न्यूनतम योग्यता
सम्वन्धित पेशामा कम्तिमा तह १ सीप परिक्षण उर्तीण वा सम्वन्धित पेशामा कम्तिमा १० वर्ष काम गरेका सिनियर कामदार ।
प्रमाण–पत्र
यो तालिम सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न गर्ने प्रशिक्षार्थीहरुलाइ सम्बन्धित तालिम दिने संस्थाले Auto Mechanics (Euro-6/BS6) को प्रमाणपत्र प्रदान गर्नेछ ।
सीप परीक्षणको व्यवस्था
यो तालिमका प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त गरेका प्रशिक्षार्थीहरूले राष्ट्रिय सीप परीक्षण समितिद्वारा निर्धारण गरिएको मापदण्ड÷पूर्व शर्तहरू पुरा गरेमा उक्त पेशाका सीप परीक्षण परीक्षामा सहभागि हुन सक्नेछन ।
