- Introduction:
Three-phase power systems form the backbone of modern industrial electrical networks. Almost all industrial machines, such as motors, compressors, pumps, extrusion lines, injection molding machines, rolling mills, and processing plants, operate on three-phase electrical power due to its high efficiency, reliability, and ability to handle heavy loads.
A three-phase power network consists of power generation, transmission, transformation, distribution, protection, and utilization systems. Any imbalance, fault, or poor maintenance in this network can lead to power loss, equipment damage, production downtime, and serious safety hazards.
A proper understanding of three-phase power systems and regular maintenance practices is essential for industrial employees to ensure safe operation, efficient energy usage, and long equipment life. This training focuses on practical knowledge of three-phase electrical networks, protection systems, industrial loads, and preventive as well as breakdown maintenance.
Rational: This curriculum is designed for current industrial workers to upgrade their skills and technical competencies in line with evolving industry needs, with a strong emphasis on practical, competency-based learning to support long-term employability and improved workplace productivity
- Benefit: The primary benefit of this training is improved reliability and safety of industrial electrical systems. Proper maintenance of three-phase networks reduces equipment failure, minimizes unplanned shutdowns, and increases production efficiency.
Additional benefits include:
- Reduction in electrical faults and breakdowns
- Improved power quality and phase balancing
- Enhanced safety awareness among workers
- Lower maintenance and energy costs
- Increased lifespan of motors, transformers, panels and electrical equipment.
Duration: 96 Hrs. Theory: 22 Hrs. Practical: 74 Hrs.
Group Size: 20 Persons (only for existing workers)
- Summary:
Three-Phase Power Network and Maintenance training equips industrial workers with essential knowledge and hands-on skills required to operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems safely. This training improves productivity, ensures compliance with safety standards, and strengthens the overall electrical reliability of industrial plants.
